V International School of Non-Equilibrium Matter Engineering

August 5 to 9, 2024

Location of the Event: Instituto de Física de la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla

In collaboration with the Thematic Network of Soft Condensed Matter, the 5th International School of Non-Equilibrium Matter Engineering and the Annual School of the Soft Condensed Matter Network will be held virtually. The first days of both schools will share a common core before specializing in the remaining days.

They invite the undergraduate and graduate student community in physics, chemistry, engineering, and related fields to the IV International School of Non-Equilibrium Matter Engineering (IV-EIIMFE)4.

School Topics:
- Theory of Liquids - Brownian Dynamics Simulations
- Theory of the Self-Consistent Generalized Langevin Equation (SCGLE)
- Extension to the Study of Non-Equilibrium Thermodynamic Systems (NE-SCGLE)
- Rheological Analysis
- General Topics in Statistical Mechanics
- Onsager-Machlup Theory for Non-Markovian Processes
- Self-Consistent Theory of the Non-Equilibrium Generalized Langevin Equation
- Statistical and Dynamic Properties of Systems in Equilibrium and Non-Equilibrium
