Social Program

We will have long daily lunch breaks, which can be spend eating, at the pool, or at the beach, in whatever order is preferred by the participants.

We will have one special conference dinner and a half-day excursion will take us to Coba and Tulum, two Mayan Cities. These activities are included for participants in the conference fee. For accompanying persons additional tickets can be purchased. Please indicate during filling out the registration page.

Additional excursions can be booked on an individual basis at a travel agency located inside the hotel. Daily sight-seeing trips to everywhere are offered. Booking one day in advance is sufficient. If you come to the conference accompanied, you or your spouse should read some tour-book about Yucatan and the Mayas before arrival; there are so many things to see and to visit that one week is not enough....

The hotel offers as part of the all-inclusive different activities (mostly sport, but also others) during the whole day. Every night, a show is presented.
