1^st International Workshop on Matter Out of Equilibrium

Participation

The workshop is open to investigators and graduate students on soft condensed matter, biomolecular materials and molecular biophysics, amorphous materials engineering, etc. whose research involves matter and systems out of thermodynamic equilibrium, and whose understanding requires mechanistic and statistical descriptions at the molecular level.

To register please fill the registration form and submit the abstract of your presentation. The deadline is November 14th, 2014. Acceptance will be notified by November 21st, 2014. Limited support for Mexican and Latin American participants is provided by our sponsors.

Through an association with the Mesoamerican Center for Theoretical Physics (MCTP) the workshop is also open to researchers and graduate students in physics, mathematics, chemistry, and biology or similar fields from all the countries which are members of the United Nations, UNESCO, or IAEA. Due to budget limitations, every effort should be made by candidates to secure either total or partial support for their expenses. Funds are available exclusively for a limited number of participants who are nationals of, and working in, countries from Central-America and the Caribbean. Participants are required to take part in all aspects of this activity for its entire duration. Applicants for this support must first register and submit their abstracts as indicated above. Their acceptance/rejection will be processed and notified within three days. Upon acceptance as participants, they may apply for the support though the MCTP site.
